Interacciones _ URBANO RURAL was the second edition of a residence program organized by a collaboration between Terra UNA (Brasil), Residencia en la Tierra (Colombia) and CRA l Centro Rural de Arte (Argentina).
This spaces has the particularity to work in rural spaces and in very different socio geographical conditions each one. CRAC Valparaiso (Chile) is summed to coordinate an investigation about the relation between urban and rural artistic process of work.
Interacciones _ URBANO RURAL invites to site specific creative process. Different relations between urban and rural. The ask is to think if the territory dislocation from urban to rural can assume the problems presents in territories. How artist practices and contemporary thought adress this dialectic and how to produce leaks to enter critically to the contexts.
After three residence moments in three rural spaces of South America, a last stage in CRAC (Chile) worked in an editorial collective process that compiles documentation of the project. The result is a piece to download, cut, paste, fold and unfold.
Argentinian stage was made thru 8th to 21st October 2012 in Achupallas, Buenos Aires Province, with Centenar (Mara Andrea Caso, Argentina), Fuera de Campo (Gonzalo Cueto, Chile), Ligacao extrema (Julia Pombo, Brasil), Rephrasing a memory (Sarojini Lewis, Holanda), Escavacoes (Bernardo Stumpf, Brasil).
In Residencia en la tierra participated Hans Bryssinck, Julia Borzino, Alina Folini, Carolina Ibarra.
In Terra Una, Aline Bernardi, Allison Moore, Chiara Mignani, David Behar Perahaia,Fernando Godoy Monsalve, Florencia Frutera, Icaro Lira, Julia Coelho, Luiz Bernardo Guzmám.
The project was made in the frame of residencias_en_red [iberoamérica], with the support of AECID and Iberescena. In Argentina it recibes collaboration of Municipalidad of Alberti, CHELA and Festival International of Dance of Buenos AIres City.
