Bienal de Rebote is a place to meet rejected projects that applied to Bienal de Arte Joven. It uses same platform and turns off its sense and direction. It aims to present presented projects to chat and think together new modes of circulation and association.
There will also be public conversations with Bienal de Arte Joven´s jury members and discussions around related issues. CENTRO RURAL DE ARTE participated with FLIA (Feria del Libro independiente y Autogestiva) and Festival El Porvenir in a round table around circuits and circulation on Saturday 27th June 2015.

Needless to say, the degree of work invested in the presentation of a project is quite considerable and becomes more labor-intensive as time progresses. The projects submitted to various juries, commissions and public bodies are packaged in increasingly elaborate design and formulated with ever-greater detail so as to suitably impress their potential assessors. Accordingly, this mode of project formulation is gradually advancing to an art form in its own right whose significance for our society is still all too little acknowledged. Why do people want to do a project at all, instead of just living on into the future unfettered by projects?
The loneliness of the project by Boris Groys
