The project proposes celebration. Many decorative material are transformed to tell community interests, wishes and problems.

Navilandia was a factory of christmas ornaments that worked in the building where CHELA exists nowadays. It closed and thousand of boxes with garlands, colorful bulbs and eye masks were abandoned.

With this festive power we intervene in Hospital Muñiz, Hospital Udaondo, Iglesia San Antonio de Padua, Comuna 4 SBASE, Práctica Patricios, Circo Social del Sur, MTL, República de Barracas, Cinefábrica, Cuerda Producciones, a77 y UCLA.

CRA worked together with homeless men from Centro de Integración Social Monteagudo in the intervention of Monteagudo St. in Parque Patricios´ neighbourhood, Buenos Aires City.

The activity uses a software that allows to register and visualize the collective activity  through a cartography of actions coordinated by Center for Research in Engineering, Media and Performance (REMAP) from Universidad de California (UCLA) with direction of Fabian Wagmister.
